With over 20 years' executive level search experience and experience in the classroom, we provide a professional and cost-effective recruitment and consulting service to School Boards and Trustees for leadership and management appointments, including Principals, Heads of School, Associate and Deputy Principals, Directors of Sport, and Business and Administration Managers.
Partnering with you, we provide access to the best leadership talent in the market, exploring the specific characteristics and traits of the ideal candidate and the competencies required to be a successful leader.

Bespoke options are available for those schools who wish to tailor the recruitment process to meet their specific requirements and/or budgets.

Board Appointments
Our governance offering is dedicated to supporting Boards in the appointment of board members.
Since our inception, we have developed a network of leaders. Supported by a team of researchers, we provide a service that leverages our diverse networks to identify talent. We work closely with existing Chairs and Board members, agreeing on nuances, experience and skillset needed to compliment or add to the experience of existing Board members. ​​​​In partnership with our clients, we facilitate due diligence before any appointment is concluded.

Scholarship Programme
The Atticus Scholarship Programme supports students with the potential to succeed both academically and in their chosen sport.
​
We acknowledge that some talented students who are pursuing both academia and sport may face significant barriers to tertiary education, and there are several factors which can impact on an individual's ability to participate in tertiary studies and their chosen sport simultaneously.
​
Each year, Atticus offers scholarships to worthy students. Nominated by their school or sporting organisation, those considered for scholarship are typically at national standard in their chosen sport and maintain a high standard of grades in Year 13.​​​​

This offering is available to all client schools.

Distinction Programme
With backgrounds in education and experience in the classroom, we are fully aware of the physical and financial constraints faced by primary, intermediate and secondary schools across New Zealand.
With this in mind, we guarantee an annual donation to a school based on their previous year's expenditure. This donation can be used as you see fit, including purchasing books, resources and/or sports equipment.

Furthermore, we will utilise our connections across the sport and recreation sector to assist with PTA endorsed fundraising initiatives. This may be in the form of mechanise for raffles and/or representation at a PTA event. This offering is only available to client schools.
