Recruitment
While organisations have found it is relatively easy to generate interest in opportunities through advertising, finding candidates with the right experience, attributes, skills and competencies can be more complex.
Managing recruitment processes internally can also be time consuming and costly exercises, with the consequences of unsuitable appointments often detrimental to the organisation. Our consultants are experts at utilising a range of innovative strategies aimed at sourcing the right staff for the lowest investment.

Board Appointments
Our governance offering is dedicated to supporting Boards in the appointment of single or multiple non-executive directors/board members.
Since our inception, we have developed a network of leaders. Supported by a team of researchers, we provide a service that leverages our diverse networks to identify talent. We work closely with existing Chairs and Board members, agreeing the nuances, experience and skillset needed to compliment or add to the experience of existing Board members. In partnership with our clients, we facilitate due diligence before any appointment is concluded.
Fair Play Programme
As parents, turning up on wet and windy Saturday mornings, we understand the commitment community sports organisations and volunteers make to our local communities. We also appreciate that most of these organisations are run on the "smell of an oily rag".
To this end, we are committed to returning money to the community and into grassroots sports through our Fair Play Programme.
Our commitment is simple, we guarantee a donation, based on an organisation's annual spend, to a community sport of their choice.
